Shipping Policy 

Sea Splash works hard to ship orders out quickly, typically within 2-3 business days for most orders.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges may apply)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors. If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is to ensure that you begin to receive your items as swiftly as possible. 

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at seasplash@outlook.com.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances

IF YOU GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT 

In most cases we've discovered that when the package hasn't arrived it usually means it was delivered to the wrong address mistakenly. Sea Splash ships with USPS. The good news is that USPS now tracks your orders with GPS and they can be recovered quickly and will probably show up in just a few more days as the mistake is discovered and rectified. Please contact us as soon as you realize that your package was misdelivered so that USPS can recover it as quickly as possible. If you received a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please contact us at seasplash@outlook.com right away for assistance. We thank you for your support and understanding.
